Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference: 80% refund.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the conference: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the conference or "no-shows": No refund.

Processing fees may apply to all refunds.
