• 18:30 - 20:00, 17 Oct (Wed.): Welcome Reception at  Archbishop’s Palace, Trondheim. (Free to every conference participant.) More information about the Nidaros Cathedral and the Archbishop's Palace can be found here.
  

• 20:00 - 22:30, 18 Oct (Thu.): Conference Dinner & Best Paper Awards at Radisson SAS Royal Garden Hotel (Ticket is required.)
  

• 14:30 - 16:30, 19 Oct (Fri): A two-hour guided city bus tour is arranged after the conference closing.  Buses start from Royal Garden Hotel at 14:30, 19 Oct. There will be two buses with about 100 seats in all. FIRST COME FIRST SERVICED.
