Notes for authors:
- One full registration (in-person attendance) covers ONE paper, and an extra 220 USD (or 1500 CNY) is charged for each additional paper.
- One full registration (virtual/online attendance) covers ONE paper, and an extra 200 USD (or 1400 CNY) is charged for each additional paper.
Registration Benefits:
- Category (1): Keynotes, Sessions, Tutorials, and Reception/Coffee Break/Lunch.
- Category (2): Keynotes, Sessions, and Tutorials.
Registration Policy for Authors
At least one author of an accepted paper must register as Full Registration , even if the author is a student.
Authors must register prior to submission of the final version of the paper. Authors of papers in Special Sessions are required to fulfil the same conditions as authors of papers in Regular Sessions, i.e., papers for Regular Sessions and Special Sessions have the same registration policy.
Full Registration covers the whole event. It allows participation to any tutorial, regular or special session and the social events (including lunch, coffee break, and welcome reception, except for virtual participation).
Accepted and presented papers in Regular and Special Sessions will be published in the ISWCS 2022 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
No-show policy: Each paper must be presented by an author at the conference, unless the General Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter. The conference organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Registration Policy for Non-Authors and Students
To increase participation, we encourage non-authors and students to register for the event by offering much reduced rates but the SAME privileges, including access to any tutorial, regular or special session and the social events (including lunch, coffee break, and welcome reception, except for virtual participation).
