Manuscript Submission for Review

Submissions must present unpublished research and not be currently under review by another journal or conference. Both extended abstracts and full papers are welcome. For extended abstracts, the length should not be longer than 2 pages, and for full papers, not more than 5 pages (in IEEE two-column format, 10pt). All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed for their quality, correctness, originality and relevance. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by the IEEE and be included in IEEE Xplore digital library.

Papers must be submitted electronically via ISWCS'09 at EDAS. For paper submission, perspective authors have:

• To submit an abstract (between 100 and 300 words in txt format) to describe in a summarized way the paper.
• To select the paper category among the two following ones: (i) full paper; (ii) extended abstract;
• To select the relevant topics for the paper, according to the call for papers.
• To submit the extended abstract (2-page IEEE two column document) or full paper (5-page IEEE two column document).

N.B. The page limit for the final submission is 5 pages in the two column IEEE format. The A4 page size is used.

The EDAS system will guide you on the submission procedure.

• Submission deadline: April 16, 2009 (Extended Hard Deadline)
• Notification of acceptance: May 25, 2009
• Submission of camera-ready versions of accepted papers: June 22, 2009
• Final submission for accepted manuscripts: June 22, 2009 (sharp deadline)
