Advance registration for ISWCS 2004 is now opened. Registration for the conference and all tutorials is being handled by a single registration process. A separate registration fee applies for the conference and for each tutorial or workshop for which you register, but you can register for all events on a single registration form. The deadline for discounted early registration fees is 31st July 2004. Registration after this date is still available, although not at discounted rates and late registration will be dealt by 15th August 2004.

In addition to registering to attend the conference, you should also make separate arrangements directly with Le Labourdonnais Hotel, where the conference will be held for your own accommodation. The deadline for reserving rooms at the hotel at special rates is 5:00 p.m. local time at the hotel on 15th August 2004. Participants are warned that there are a limited number of rooms reserved for ISWCS at this discounted rate and this is the best price for a 5* and 4* hotel they can get in the vicinity of the conference and are therefore strongly advised to do advanced booking.

Tutorial Registration Fees

ISWCS 2004 reserves the right to cancel a tutorial if necessary, liability of ISWCS 2004 is limited to return of the tutorial fees. Participants are advised to check the tutorial program if they are planning to register for more than one tutorial in order to prevent clashes.

Additional Paper Charge: Authors who have multiple papers as the PRIMARY author accepted for publication in the ISWCS 2004 proceedings need to register only ONCE for the conference, BUT have to pay an additional paper charge of £120 for each paper thereafter.

Extra Page Charge: Full papers for ISWCS, either oral or poster, are only allowed to be upto 5 pages long and must adhere to the template provided to the author. After this, the overlength page charge is payable on each additional page at a price of £60 per page.

Conference Registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and exhibits on 20th September through 22nd September 2004; Conference Lunches, and refreshment break on those days; the Welcome Reception on 20th September 2004; one copy of the CD-ROM Conference Proceedings; and one ticket for the conference dinner for the registered IEEE member\non member ONLY. Conference registration does not include Tutorials. Additional tickets for the Conference Banquet and additional copies of the Conference Proceedings are available at additional cost.

Tutorial Registration includes attendance at each Tutorial for which you register; a copy of the tutorial notes for that tutorial; morning and/or afternoon refreshments; and lunch during that tutorial. You may register for more than one tutorial; each registration fee is separate. Conference proceedings are not included with tutorial registration.

Member registration rates are available for members of IEEE. You must provide your membership number with registration. If you are not currently a member, you should consider joining, getting your membership number, and then registering to get the discount registration fees.

Student registration fees are available for full-time students which vary for IEEE student members and non members. You must provide your IEEE student number with your registration and must show proof of full-time student status such as a photocopy of your student ID card when registering for the conference. Student registration includes all items in the full registration with the exception of Conference Banquet ticket.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: A cancellation fee of £100 will be charged for cancellations received on or before 25th August 2004. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 25th August 2004. ISWCS 2004 reserves the right to cancel the conference and tutorials due to unforeseen circumstances.
